The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.


-- A 46-year-old disabled Carson City man was arrested at 11:42 a.m. Sunday in the 3900 block of Carson Street on misdemeanor suspicion of disturbing the peace. Bail was set at $180.


-- A 24-year-old framer from Carson City was arrested at 9:13 a.m. Sunday in the 800 block of East William Street on misdemeanor suspicion of drawing and passing a check without sufficient funds with intent to defraud. A cash-only bail was set at $250.


-- Christopher Schumacher, 20, a painter from Carson City, was arrested at 8:24 a.m. Sunday on gross misdemeanor suspicion of failure to appear in court. Bail was set at $5,000.


-- A 36-year-old temporary worker from Carson City was arrested at 11:25 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of South Carson Street on misdemeanor suspicion of disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $210.


-- John W. Butzberger Jr., a Carson City man of unknown employment, was arrested at 1:24 a.m. Sunday on suspicion of gross misdemeanor battery of a police officer and misdemeanor suspicion of disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,710.
