Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Dunlap and Lompoc, Calif.
Mrs. Lathrop was an avid reader of westerns and traveled the United States with her husband in their RV.
She was preceded in death by husband Frank, daughter Juana and son Ben.
Among her survivors are her daughter and son-in-law Joey (Joan) and Gary Casinella, of Carson City; son Haskell O'Hair, of Alabama; one sister; four brothers; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; three great-great- grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A private family celebration of life will be held.
Capitol City Cremation & Burial Society is in charge of arrangements.
