The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

-- Eugene Pete Garcia, a 30-year-old Carson City construction worker, was arrested at 4:19 a.m. Thursday in the 110 block of East Park on felony suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor suspicion of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,500.

-- A 33-year-old, unemployed Carson City woman was arrested at 3:10 a.m. Thursday on the corner of Long and Marion Streets on misdemeanor suspicion of driving on a revoked drivers license and a misdemeanor warrant out of Carson City for failure to complete community service. A cash-only bail was set at $2,492.

-- A 21-year-old Carson City delivery man was arrested at 12:20 a.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of East Fifth Street on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear in court. A cash-only bail was set at $1,205.

-- Reed Skenandore Jr., a 38-year-old Gardnerville laborer, was arrested at 4:44 p.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of South Carson Street on a felony detainer out of Reno. Bail was set at $3,500.

-- Jose Manuel Mandera, a 45-year-old Carson City maintenance worker, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. Wednesday in the 4900 block of Goni Road on felony suspicion of child abuse and misdemeanor suspicion of domestic battery. Bail was set at $43,132.

-- A 19-year-old Reno student was arrested at 11:40 a.m. Wednesday at the Costco store in the 200 block of Old Clear Creek Road on misdemeanor suspicion of petty larceny. Bail was set at $347.

-- A 35-year-old, unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 12:25 a.m. Wednesday on the corner of Adams and North Carson Streets on a misdemeanor warrant out of Carson for failure to pay fine. A cash-only bail was set at $1,220.
