Anne Jayne Lane, 82, a Churchill Butte resident for the past 18 years, died July 25, 2003, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital. She was born Dec. 24, 1920, in Huntington Beach, Calif.
She married Gordon Lane June 3, 1960.
Before moving to Churchill Butte, she lived in Virginia City.
Mrs. Lane was a mother and homemaker.
Among her survivors are her husband; children Marcia Thompson, Vicki Wood, Lynn Lopera, Debbie Coggan, Lori Lane Bergenstuck and Tony Lane; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A private service will be held.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
