The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty:

- A 37-year-old, unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 6:20 a.m. Sunday on the corner of South Curry and Rhodes streets on suspicion of misdemeanor second-offense driving under the influence and open container. Bail was set at $2,820.

- A 52-year-old, unemployed transient female was taken into civil protective custody at 4:15 p.m. Saturday in the 3300 block of Highway 50 East and held until sober. No bail was set.

- A 31-year-old unemployed Las Vegas man was arrested at 9:10 a.m. Saturday at the Carson City Jail in the 800 block of East Musser Street on a misdemeanor warrant out of Carson for contempt of court and a misdemeanor warrant out of Fallon for criminal contempt. Bail was set at $3,730.

- Richard Marquez, a 51-year-old doormaker from Stockton, Calif. was arrested at 11:20 a.m. Saturday at the Carson City Jail in the 800 block of East Musser Street on a felony warrant out of Carson for third-offense domestic battery and a misdemeanor warrant out of Carson City or criminal contempt. Bail was set at $18,000.
