The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


- Ismael Cardona, 37, was arrested at 7:50 a.m. for allegedly breaking into a motel room in the 200 block of Caroline Street and spending the night. He was charged with felony burglary and contempt of court. His bail was set at $28,000.

- A 27-year-old tattoo artist was arrested at 10:42 a.m. on the corner of Roop and Beverly streets and charged with driving under the influence and failure to maintain a lane. His mail was set at $1,239.

- A 37-year old Carson City man was arrested at 10:42 a.m. on charges of battery and possession of drug paraphernalia. The man reportedly chased another man with a hammer in the 1400 block of Rand Avenue, then threw the hammer at the victim. Bail was set at $2,264.

- A 28-year-old equipment operator was arrested at 10:50 p.m. in the 500 block of College Parkway and charged with domestic battery. He allegedly struck his wife in the face. Bail was set at $3,132.

- Jeffrey C. Davis, 49, a store clerk, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. at the corner of Sage Street and Northgate Lane. He was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of methamphetamine and felony possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. His bail was set at $6,132.
