The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• A 44-year-old transient, who listed his occupation as a "rooster," was taken into civil protective custody at 3:58 a.m. Monday in the 400 block of South Carson Street.


• Richard Flowers, 49, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. Monday in the 1400 block of Rand Avenue on a felony warrant for suspicion of felony failure to appear. Bail was set at $10,000.


• A 38-year-old Mound House man was arrested at 9:26 a.m. Sunday in the 4900 block of Carson River Road on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery and possession of paraphernalia.




-- Deputies responded to the following calls:


• A woman watching her neighbors' home in the 1100 block of Denise Court said Monday at 8:23 a.m. that she saw someone there. Police were unable to locate anyone, but did note the house had been forcibly entered.


• An unknown person removed a screen from a window on an apartment in the 700 block of West Telegraph Street at 12:33 a.m. He ran off when he discovered someone was home. Police were unable to locate the suspect.


• A woman said she was sexually harassed by a bar owner at 2:28 a.m. Saturday. When she told him to stop, he kicked her out of the bar.


• A car stereo was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 400 block of West Winnie Lane sometime Friday night.


• A woman reported her ex-boyfriend damaged her house and smashed her head into a wall Saturday at 4:49 p.m. The man was arrested.


• A fake $50 bill was found at a casino in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East on Saturday.
