Priess signs with York College

Carson High graduate Tim Priess has signed to play baseball with York College in Nebraska.

Priess is expected to step into the starting rotation next year as a junior at York, an NAIA school. For the past two seasons, Priess has been a relief pitcher for Feather River Community College for the past two years.

At Carson, Priess was an all-league first team performer as a junior and senior in 2001 and 2002. Priess also played with the Carson Capitols.
