Police are looking to question two people they believe may be involved in a check-making scheme that has stolen at least $25,000 from Carson City-area casinos.

Deputy Dena Lacy said Jennifer Anzalone, 30, and Travis West, 23, who list Carson City addresses on their driver's licenses, may be involved in making checks and connected to equipment found in a Reno hotel room recently.

Lacy said casino surveillance video shows both West and Anzalone cashing checks made out to themselves, or in other names for which they have identification, in amounts from $1,200 to $3,000. The checks are either fictitious accounts or reproductions of actual accounts, she said.
