The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• Tamara Elizabeth Link, 18, a media assistant from Carson City, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. Saturday in the 5000 block of Gentry Lane on suspicion of felony assault with a dangerous weapon and misdemeanor domestic battery. She allegedly attacked her male roommate, threatening to kill him with scissors. Bail was set at $23,132.


• A 22-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 10:40 p.m. Sunday on College Parkway on suspicion of drunken driving and failure to maintain lane. Bail was set at $1,209.




n Deputies responded to the following calls:


• A 41-year-old man was found dead in a room in the 1900 block of North Carson Street. Possible overdose suspected.


• A mailbox was ripped off its post and tossed into a ditch sometime Friday night in the 1100 block of Koontz Lane.


• A woman passed a counterfeit $20 at a Highway 50 East gas station about 2 a.m. Sunday.


• Gas was siphoned from a vehicle in the 900 block of Minnesota Street sometime Saturday night.
