The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• Tawnya White, 30, of Carson City was arrested at 6:08 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of felony check forgery and burglary. Her bail was set at $30,000. Arrested in connection with White was Michael Lynn Dixon, 54, a painter from Carson City, at 7:11 p.m. in the 700 block of North Walsh Street on suspicion of conspiracy to commit fraud. His bail was set at $5,000.


• Steven Gary Ashby, 24, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 12:22 p.m. Monday in the 500 block of Teague Road on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of false imprisonment, two counts of domestic battery and interference with a 911 call. Bail was set at $33,132.


• Joseph Alton Allison, 38, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 10:59 a.m. Monday in the 900 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of gross-misdemeanor false imprisonment, misdemeanor domestic battery and a traffic warrant. Bail was set at $6,170.




n Deputies responded to the following calls:


• A mother reported at 1:09 p.m. Monday her 11-year-old son was accosted at Taco Bell on Highway 50 East by a 19-year-old boy, who had verbally assaulted him then shoved his head into a wall. A report was taken.


• A rear license plate was found at the landfill Monday at 1:11 p.m.


• A vehicle stolen from Lyon County was found by the owner Saturday on Mountain Park Drive and Marian Avenue.


• Five juveniles were detained by store security for breaking a window at Scolari's at 8:24 p.m. Saturday.
