The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• A 41-year-old transient was arrested at 10:50 a.m. Friday at the Carson City Jail on a misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court. Bail was set at $2,000.


• Richard Adam Rauch, a 56-year-old unemployed man from Carson City, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Galena Way on a gross misdemeanor warrant for battery. Bail was set at $1,000.


• A 31-year-old business owner from Carson City was arrested at 7:16 a.m. Saturday in the 900 block of Ladera Drive on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $919.


• A 26-year-old unemployed man from Stagecoach was arrested at 3:22 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of North Carson Street on two misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $1,673.


• A 29-year-old secretary from Sparks was arrested at 3:23 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of La Loma Drive on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to comply. Bail was set at $3,000.


• A 30-year-old painter from Carson City was arrested at 9:10 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of Forrest Way on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $1,431.


• An 18-year-old student from Carson City was arrested at 12:59 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of North Saliman Road on suspicion of misdemeanor being a minor in possession of alcohol and disturbance of school. The student allegedly showed up at school with a two-liter bottle full of soda and rum. Bail was set at $474.


• A 19-year-old unemployed man from Carson City was arrested at 12:45 p.m. Friday at Bath and Carson streets on misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear and contempt of court. Bail was set at $1,964.


• A 45-year-old unemployed man from Carson City was arrested at 10:48 a.m. Friday in the 800 block of Weninger Drive on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $242.
