The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:




• Jeffrey Cloninger, a 31-year-old carpenter from Carson City, was arrested Saturday at 7:07 a.m. at Gordon and Brown streets on a felony warrant for child neglect/endangerment, suspicion of felony preventing a victim from reporting a crime, suspicion of misdemeanor making threats and two counts of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $31,836.


• A 37-year-old inventory manager from Carson City was arrested Saturday at 1:30 p.m. in the 2200 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor petit larceny. Bail was set at $347.


• A 38-year-old Carson City man of unknown employment was arrested Saturday at 8:05 p.m. in the 2000 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor petit larceny. Bail was set at $347.


• Travis Robert Hoover, aka "Travis Lappin," an 18-year-old Carson City man of unknown employment was arrested Saturday at 3:24 p.m. in the 900 block of East Musser Street on felony warrant for contempt of court. No bail was set.


• A 27-year-old real estate agent from Sacramento, Calif. was arrested Saturday at 11:37 p.m. in the 5000 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI. Bail was set at $1,132.


• An 18-year-old cook from Carson City was arrested Sunday at 5:59 a.m. in the 2000 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI. Bail was set at $1,132.
