The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:




• A 23-year-old house painter from Carson City was arrested at 1:33 a.m. Monday on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving, driving without a valid license and driving with a suspended registration. Bail was set at $1,493.


• A 34-year-old laborer from Carson City was arrested at 5:45 a.m. Monday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to pay fines. Bail was set at $861.


n Deputies responded to the following calls:


• The rims and tires were stolen from a vehicle in the 1700 block of Hot Springs Road sometime over the weekend.


• Two Carson High School students were arrested for fighting at school Monday at 9:57 a.m.


• A man claimed he was singing as he walked home Monday at 12:34 p.m. on Lee Street when someone came out of a house, told him to be quiet and pointed a gun at him. One person was arrested.
