The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• Michael Brian Procter, 26, a sleep technician from Carson City, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. Tuesday in the 1900 block of Hamilton Drive on suspicion of felony third-offense drunken driving, misdemeanor failure to yield, reckless driving, driving on license suspended by DUI and speeding. Bail was set at $10,000.


• A 51-year-old librarian from Reno was arrested at 9:04 a.m. Monday in the 4500 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving and speeding. He told officers he had his last drink of whiskey at 10 p.m. the previous evening. Bail was set at $1,284.




n Deputies responded to the following calls:


• A seat was reported stolen Monday at 10 a.m. from a bicycle in the 500 block of North Carson Street.


• A woman whose husband died in February reported Monday receiving threatening phone calls from his family.


• Graffiti, making "derogatory" comments about the state's drug task force, was found on a wall at East Winnie Lane and Roop Street on Tuesday at 7:10 a.m. Several other locations were similarly marked over the weekend.


• A mother reported Monday her 14-year-old son "ran away this morning after a discussion of appropriate clothing."


• Windows were found smashed on an unoccupied building in the 1200 block of East William Street on Monday.
