Gov. Kenny Guinn was released from Spring Valley Hospital at 5 p.m. Thursday. His physician, Dr. Todd Swanson, expects a full recovery from his hip replacement surgery. "The progressive medical procedure that was performed at Spring Valley Hospital is another example of the quality health care that is available here in Nevada," Guinn said. "I am looking forward to walks with my wife and playing with my grandchildren."
