A funeral service for Karl Beders, 91, will be 3 p.m. today at Walton's Sparks Funeral Home, 1745 Sullivan Lane in Sparks.
Mr. Beders died March 30, 2006, in San Francisco.
He was born Nov. 15, 1914, in Milwaukee to Emil and Emily Hoffmann Beders.
Before moving to Reno, he lived in Milwaukee.
He worked for the State of Nevada Employment Security Department as the staff accountant for the contribution section until his retirement.
He enjoyed Oriental art.
Burial will take place at Mountain View Cemetery in Reno.
Walton's Sparks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
