Panattoni Development Co. has completed the purchase of 5.39 acres on Arrowhead Drive for an 87,000-square-foot flex industrial condo project.

Doug Roberts, a partner with Sacramento-based Panattoni, said the Eagle Valley Commerce Center is scheduled for completion in November.

"This project will mark the first time Panattoni has worked in Carson City," Roberts said. "We are pleased to have the opportunity to expand into the market."

The facility will include concrete tilt-up construction with metal-roofed structures. Once completed, the complex will contain 14 units of flex industrial space.

The architect on the project is Tectonics, and the builder is Panattoni Construction.
