The Carson Tennis Club's Carson National Tennis Rating Program and Century Tournament will be held Sept. 15-17 at the Centennial Park.

Divisions are based on the NTRP ratings. An official rating is not necessary to enter. Playing levels range from 2.5 (beginners) to 4.5 (advanced).

There will be men's and women's singles, doubles and mixed doubles. There will also be "senior" men's women's and mixed doubles where the ages must equal 100 and over.

All participants will play at least two matches. There will also be a "Tiny Tots Tennis" for fun division for ages 3-6. This division will be held on two improvised mini-courts.

Refreshments, souvenirs and first and second place trophies will be offered. Entry is $25 for singles and $20 per person playing doubles.

Entry forms are available at the Carson City Parks and Recreation office in the Carson City Community Center and at the Carson Station gift shop. For more information, call 888-9589.
