Elaine Marie Aria

Elaine Marie Aria, 59, a 13-year Carson City resident, died Aug. 25, 2006, in Minden.

Mrs. Aria was born Feb. 21, 1947, in Buffalo, N.Y., to Leo W. Schuh and Grace Hammack.

She married Thomason Aria on Oct. 7, 1977, in Las Vegas.

Before moving to Carson City, Mrs. Aria lived in Ontario, Calif.

She was a high school graduate and worked at Janitorial Services for several years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

Among her survivors are her husband; sons and daughters-in-law Robert and Kim Aria of Carson City, David and Becky Aria of Sanford, N.C., and Jerald and Patty Aria of Ontario, Calif.; daughters and sons-in-law Lisa and Russell Ollerdessen of Minden and Julie and Larry Baldwin of Fernley; daughter Lori Nelson of Carson City; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Cremation will take place at Walton's Sierra Crematory.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
