Judy Armstrong, 65, a two-year Carson City resident, died Dec. 27, 2006, at her home.
Mrs. Armstrong was born Aug. 4, 1941, in Cook County, Ill., to George Burbank and Barbara Kirchnen.
Before moving to Carson City, Mrs. Armstrong lived in Martinez, Calif.
She was a volunteer in cat rescue and enjoyed animals, especially her six cats.
Among her survivors are her husband, Bruce Armstrong of Richmond, Calif.; sons and daughters-in-law Terry and Sunny Caudill of Carson City and Gary and Lori Nielsen of Angels Camp, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Nevada Humane Society.
Capitol City Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
