James Jay Blevins, 38, a Dayton resident, died Jan. 24, 2006, in Dayton.
He was born Dec. 27, 1967, in Jerome, Idaho, to Donald Blevins and Maxine Sallee.
Mr. Blevins collected pigeons from around the world. He was a contractor.
Among his survivors are his son Jayce of Wendover; daughter Miranda of Lewiston, Idaho; sister and brother-in-law Debbie and Dave Mason, of Crescent Valley; brother and sister-in-law Randy and Correna Davis of Carson City; brothers Mark Davis of Sparks, and Kent Blevins of Carson City; nieces Brandi, Lacey and Kiana Davis; nephews Rik, Rob, Tanner, Zach and Skylar Davis; and adoptive father and brother Matt and Lung.
Services will be held at a later date.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
