Sheriffs' log

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 24-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 12:01 a.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of Airport Road on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of probation. Bail was set at $3,000 cash.

• A 32-year-old machinist from Carson City was arrested at 5:53 p.m. Friday in the 1900 block of Boeing Way on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $2,500 cash.

• A 29-year-old Carson City man was arrested 10:31 p.m. Friday at Carmine Street and Lompa Lane on suspicion of misdemeanor suspended driver's license. Bail was set at $187.

• A 46-year-old unemployed Redding, Calif., woman was arrested at 10 p.m. Friday at 10th and Curry streets on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

• A 26-year-old mover from Carson City was arrested at 4:43 p.m. Friday in the 1400 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $500 cash.

• Shane Norman Koos, 25, of Carson City, was arrested at 10:56 a.m. in the 2700 block of Northgate Lane on suspicion of felony providing a false ID to avoid prosecution and misdemeanor obstructing justice. Bail was set at $2,907. Also arrested was a 30-year-old from Carson City on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $3,000 cash.

Lyon County

The following are some of the 116 calls to which deputies responded:

• A report of residential burglary in the 400 block of East Cedar Street in Fernley at 12:18 a.m. Friday.

• A hit-and-run accident in the 500 block of Aspen Way in Fernley at 9:17 a.m. Friday.

• A report of a battery in the 50 block of Kit Kat Road in Mound House at 5 p.m. Friday.

• A report of a drunk driver in the 1300 block of West Newlands Drive in Fernley at 11:49 p.m. Friday.

Storey County

The following are some of the 23 calls to which deputies responded:

• A traffic stop at Lousetown Road in the Virginia City Highlands at 8:14 a.m. Friday. Driver was issued a warning.

• A traffic stop on State Route 341 in Virginia City at 7:47 p.m. Friday. Driver was issued a warning for mountain driving.

• A report of a female screaming and throwing eggs at a car in the 100 block of Rue De La Noir in Lockwood at 11:54 p.m. Friday.
