A committal service for Henry J. Wesolowski, 84, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the St. Stanislaus Cemetery in South Deerfield, Mass., with a reception to follow at the Pope John Paul Center.
Mr. Wesolowski died March 14, 2006. He was born March 21, 1921, to Alexander and Teoflia Klosek Wesolowski in South Deerfield.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He enjoyed dog racing, traveling and spending time with his sister Bertha Markowski.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Mason Wesolowski, in 1994; sons Daniel Wesolowski and Mike James; and several brothers and sisters.
Among his survivors are his son Mike Wesolowski and daughter-in-law Sherry Damiani of Lebanon, N.H.; son Henry Wesolowski Jr. of Carson City; stepdaughter Eve Ellen Cole of Campton, N.H.; stepsons Charlie Cole of Marietta, Ga., and Douglas Cole of Plant City, Fla.; brother Albino Wesolowski of Greenfield, Mass.; sister Bertha Markowski, of South Deerfield; and six grandchildren.
Ricker Funeral Homes and Crematory in Lebanon, N.H., is in charge of arrangements.
