Pamela Smith, 63, a 26-year Carson City resident, died Nov. 9, 2006, at her home.
Mrs. Smith was born Aug. 10, 1943, in Mount Pleasant, Iowa, to Charles and Dorothea Gawthrop.
She married Arthur Smith on Nov. 12, 1966, in Carson City.
She was a child-care provider. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Among her survivors are her husband; daughter and son-in-law Danielle and Shannon Bettridge; sister Dorene Holmsten; brother Gary Gawthrop; and grandchildren Nickolas White and Conor Bettridge.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
