The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• James Michael Perkins, 47, of Carson City, was arrested at 9:47 p.m. Thursday in the 300 block of East William Street on suspicion of felony probation violation, misdemeanor failure to maintain a single lane and drunken driving. No bail was set.


• Robert Louis Riveria, 49, of Carson City, was arrested at 4:38 p.m. Thursday in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of two felony warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $10,000.


• A 29-year-old unemployed Carson City resident was arrested at 1 p.m. Thursday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of alternate sentencing. Bail was set at $3,000 cash. Also arrested was a 35-year-old painter from Carson City on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of alternate sentencing. Bail was set at $10,000.


• A 48-year-old mason from Carson City was arrested at 10:41 a.m. Thursday at Sophia and Plaza streets on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for failure to comply. Bail was set at $1,136 cash.


The following are some of the 209 calls to which deputies responded:


• A report of a man jumping into traffic in the 4500 block of North Carson Street at 6:21 p.m. Thursday.




Lyon County


The following are some of the 119 calls to which deputies responded:


• A drunk driver on Rosewood Road in Fernley at 12:35 a.m. Thursday.


• A report of a residential burglary in the 5200 block of Stagecoach Drive in Stagecoach at 11:49 a.m. Thursday.


• A report of sexual offenses in the 400 block of Nader Way in Fernley at 6:37 p.m. Thursday.


• A domestic dispute involving child abuse or neglect taken at the Fernley substation at 10:33 p.m. Thursday.




Storey County


The following are some of the 34 calls to which deputies responded:


• A report of an asphalt ramp built on Waltham Way in McCarran at 7:56 a.m. Thursday.


• A report of a battery in the 10 block of C Street in Virginia City at 11:07 p.m. Thursday.


• A report of several juveniles breaking into Hillside Elementary School in Lockwood at 11:26 p.m. Thursday. The report was investigated and nothing was found.
