Yerington volleyball continues to roll

The Yerington volleyball team continued to roll along with a 25-18, 25-14, 25-12 win over Truckee on Saturday.

Yerington, ranked No. 2 in the Sierra Nevada Media Poll, improved to 19-1 and 4-0 in the Northern 3A. Its only loss has come to No. 1 Whittell.

Kayla Lommori had 11 kills, seven blocks, four digs and an ace, Dena Helme had four kills, two blocks and an ace, Angela Marracini had three kills and three digs, Tashina Connor had a block, Kiara Ross had a block, ace, nine assists and seven digs, Bre Tognoli had 10 assists and four digs and Danelle Bristol had three digs and three aces for Yerington.
