A memorial service for Phyllis E. Otten, 86, a 40-year Carson City resident, will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church in the small chapel.
Ms. Otten died April 17, 2007, in Carson City. She was born April 12, 1921, in San Francisco, to Benjamin and Grace Otten.
Before moving to Carson City, Ms. Otten lived in San Francisco.
She was a technical writer for the State of Nevada.
She had served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
