What we actually do: Rent storage units, trucks and provide customer service.

Family: Our four children and six grandchildren.

Where we grew up: Dixie grew up in Arkansas, and Carl in California.

Our first jobs: Dixie's first job was driving a tractor on a farm, and Carl's was as a gas station attendant.

How we got them: Dixie's father taught her, and Carl asked.

Favorite pastimes: Dixie enjoys reading, singing and chatting with friends. Carl enjoys fishing and becoming Santa during the holidays.

Best advice I ever got: Your family is your biggest asset.

What I would do with $1 million: Help my son get a kidney transplant and buy a home.

My inspiration: The love of God, my children and grandchildren.
