Kindergarten registration for the Carson City School District begins the week of March 5.
A birth certificate and immunization record, including hepatitis vaccination, must be submitted at the time of registration.
A child who is 5 years of age on or before Sept. 30, 2007, may be admitted to kindergarten.
Proof of residency (power bill, gas bill, water bill, voter registration, etc.) in Carson City School District is required at the time of registration.

Carson City student named to dean's list
Kelly Waterhouse of Carson City earned dean's list honors for the fall semester at Centenary College of Louisiana.
A total of 321 students were named to the list, according to Dr. Darrel Colson, provost and dean of the college.
Carson City student graduates in N.Y.
Alan Anderson, a Carson City resident, recently graduated from State University of New York at New Paltz, N.Y.
Anderson received a MSED degree in Pre-K-6: General from SUNY New Paltz.
