Carl Edmonds, 101, a 50-year Carson City resident, died Feb. 3, 2007, in Carson City.
Mr. Edmonds was born Nov. 24, 1905, in Detroit.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Salt Lake City.
He was a retired postal clerk.
He and his wife built their home on what is now Edmonds Drive.
The city named the street after them.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Christine Edmonds, in 2004.
Capitol City Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
