A memorial service for Frances Lee Buzick, 76, a Carson City resident since 1969, will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley.
Mrs. Buzick died Jan. 7, 2007, in Sparks. She was born Dec. 23, 1930, in Albuquerque, N.M., to Robert and Ola Mae Burnside.
She was the chef at George's Restaurant.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Earl Buzick.
Among her survivors are her son, Harold Buzick; daughters Sherry Menas, Donnie Andrews, Zebbie Anderson, Mary McQueary and Tina McNeill; 22 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Circle of Life Hospice, 1575 Delucchi Lane, Reno.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
