Musical Theater Workshop, 4-6 p.m., Children's Museum of Northern Nevada, 813 N. Carson St. Cost is $30 per person, for ages 7-13. Students learn three show tunes (in group and solo) and how to use their singing voice as an acting tool, select the right song for each audition, effectively deliver it and be comfortable in front of an audience. Baby Signs Parent Workshop 10 a.m.-noon, Children's Museum of Northern Nevada, 813 N. Carson St. This two-hour workshop is specially designed for families of children from birth to 24 months. Baby Signs is the world's leading sign language program for babies and will teach you all you need to know to begin using the Baby Signs Program at home. Registration fee is $60 and participants receive the Parent Workshop Kit. Space is limited; children welcome. Call 887-0438.

BAC Stage Kids presents "Bugsy Malone Jr.," 7 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday and 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Brewery Arts Center, 449 W.
