Sheriff's log

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Justin Allen Richardson, 32, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested in the 3300 block of North Carson Street at 5:08 p.m.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Domestic dispute reports on Russell Way and College Parkway.

• Inmate Warren Standen, 64, died at Northern Nevada Correctional Center at 9:58 a.m. Standen was serving a life sentence on two charges of first-degree murder out of Washoe County.

• A 70-year-old man was cited for petty larceny in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East at 3:58 p.m.

• A father reported at 8:37 p.m. his 16-year-old son walked off his job and was sending the father text messages that he was running away.

• A mother reported her 15-year-old son hadn't returned home by 11:11 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• A report of a female juvenile exposing herself on Monday at Fernley Intermediate School.

• A Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper reported at 10:06 a.m. that he was out with two toddlers on Highway 95 Alternate.

• Misdemeanor arrest in the 8200 block of Sycamore Street at 7:01 p.m.

• Brush fire reports on Desert Creek Road, Day Lane, Highway 208 and Highway 95 Alternate.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Traffic citation issued on USA Parkway at 8:05 a.m.

• Traffic citation issued on Six Mile Canyon Road at 4:20 p.m.
