AYSO signups today, 4-year-olds eligible

Region 140 of the American Youth Soccer Organization in Carson City has announced that it has a new program for children 4 years old as of August 1.

AYSO's new program is for any child 4 years of age (or older) as of August 1. The new under-5 program will join AYSO's other programs for children ages 5 through 18 (as of August 1) that will continue as they have in the past.

AYSO Region 140 will hold its final walk-in registration from 4:30 to 7 p.m. today at Fremont Elementary School. A birth certificate must be shown at registration for new players.

AYSO registration is also available online at www.eAYSO.org. Online registrants must still either bring two signed copies of registration forms with payment or proof of payment to the registration clinic, or mail the registration forms, payment, and a copy of birth certificates to: AYSO Region 140, P.O. Box 512, Carson City 89702.
