Bighorns return to action tonight

The Nevada Bighorns baseball team will return to action at 7 p.m. tonight when it plays the Reno Mud Dawgs at Ron McNutt Field.

Admission is $3 for adults, $1 for youth and free for senior citizens. Jesse Rasner will be the starting pitcher in tonight's game for the Bighorns. The Bighorns are also scheduled to play a doubleheader on Sunday at Galena, beginning at 10 a.m.

With the Bighorns looking to enter into an elite college level league in 2008 with teams from Northern California and Oregon, the team also needs to expand its board and is in need of more volunteers to help out with the program.
