Tigersharks shine in the pool

Mikel Flatley and Tallon Rauch won high point honors to help lead an outstanding effort for the Carson Tigersharks at the Bishop Invitational swim meet over the weekend in Bishop, Calif.

Flatley was the high point winner in the girls 6 and under division while Rauch was the high point winner for 9 and under boys. River Flatley made it a 1-2 sweep for the Tigersharks in 6 and under girls as she was second place high point finisher in the division.

The Tigersharks set two pool records as well as Charlee Bradley set a pool record in the 10 and under girls 1,650-yard freestyle and Kelsey Bradley set a pool record in the 8 and under girls 400 individual medley. Top finishers for the Tigersharks were:

In addition, Adams, Carroll, Mikel Flatly and Kelsey Bradley won the 8 and under girls free relay and Rauch, Bradley, Adams and Pittman were second in the 12 and under girls free relay.
