A funeral service for Ralph James, 74, a resident of Woodfords, Calif., for 29 years will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley.
Mr. James died June 28, 2007, in Carson City. He was born Jan. 23, 1933, in Woodfords to Connor James and May John.
He married Deborah Fred. He formerly lived in Minden.
Mr. James was a retired farm hand who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Washoe Tribe of Nevada and California.
Among his survivors are his wife of Markleeville, Calif.; daughter, Michelle James Carmona of Gardnerville; and four grandchildren.
Burial will be at Woodfords Indian Cemetery.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of the arrangements.
