Arthur Thoele, 92, a 20-year Carson City resident, died March 10, 2007, in Carson City.
He was an Eastman Kodak retiree and a member of the Carson City Singles club.
He served in the U.S. Armed Forces during World War II.
Among his survivors are his son Bill Thoele of Fort Worth, Texas, and granddaughter Erica.
Mr. Thoele was buried in Dallas at his request.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
