This is a final reminder that the Carson Middle School eighth grade volleyball team is holding a fund raising raffle, which features a grand prize of an Alaskan salt water fishing trip for two persons.
That prize includes $1,2000 for airfare/hotel vouchers, plus 3 days and 2 nights on a 52-foot sport fishing yacht out of Homer on July 16--17-18.
On that trip, you will be fishing for trophy halibut, lingcod, yellow-eye and coho salmon.
The raffle tickets are $25 each or five for $100. The raffle is limited to 500 tickets.
The drawing will be held on May 15 and you do not need to be present to win.
