Sheriffs' Log

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Travis James Hayes, 29,a construction worker from Gardnerville, was arrested at 11:18 p.m. Wednesday at College Parkway and Retail Drive on suspicion of felony possession of stolen property, possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, two counts of possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing a peace officer. Bail was set at $26,539.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Vehicle burglary report on Blossom View Lane at 6:34 a.m.

• Vehicle burglary report on Eastwood Drive at 7:53 a.m.

• Vehicle theft report on Woodside Drive at 10:59 a.m.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Firebox Road at 1:35 p.m.

• Felony arrest on Moody Street at 2:48 p.m.

• Grand larceny report on East Fifth Street at 3:47 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• A caller reported there was man in his 20s in dark clothing walking along Farm District Road and he told the caller he didn't want to live at 10:42 p.m.
