The public is invited to watch the children of New Beginnings Christian Church perform the Christmas musical "A Mouse Christmas," the Christmas story through the eyes of a mouse family living with Joseph and Mary, 7 p.m. tonight.

The Church on North Carson Street will host a Christmas program at 6 p.m. Sunday at 1927 N. Carson St.

St. Teresa of Avila

St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Community will hold Christmas Eve Masses at 4 p.m. (Children's Mass), a 6 p.m. Family Mass and 10 p.m. Mass on Monday.

On Christmas Day, Masses will be held at 9 and 11 a.m. with a bilingual Mass held at 1 p.m.

New Year's Eve Masses will be held at 7 a.m. and a midnight Mass will be held for Peace, Octave of Christmas. And on New Year's Day, a 10 a.m. Mass will be held for Octave of Christmas, The Blessed Virgin Mary, the Mother of God.

All Christmas Eve services held at First United Methodist Church are candle-lit.

Children and family service is at 4:30 p.m.; family traditional service is at 7 p.m.; traditional service at 9 p.m., and communion service is at 11 p.m.

Child care is available at 4:30 and 7 p.m.; The Gathering Band performs and Junior Choir perform at 4:30 p.m.; Chancel Choir, Hosanna Handbells and special music at 7 and 9 p.m., Chancel Choir, special music and communion at 11 p.m.
