STATELINE - A 23-year-old Carson City man was hospitalized Thursday after he was stabbed during an alleged argument with six people over a parking space at Harrah's Hotel and Casino in Stateline.

Douglas Sheriff's Sgt. Tom Mezzetta said the man was in stable condition Friday at Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno where he was taken by CareFlight Helicopter.

Mezzetta said the man was stabbed as he sat in his vehicle by the suspect who reached through the driver's side window. He said investigators believe an argument over a parking space led to the stabbing at 9:30 p.m. Thursday.

Authorities were looking for three men and three women in connection with the incident.

Mezzetta said the victim described the six suspects, who are seen on a security tape inside the casino and running toward a car in the parking lot.

Mezzetta said the victim reported he had been stabbed two or three times and slashed across his neck.

The sheriff's office has released security surveillance video captured of the subjects inside the casino.

The Douglas County Sheriff's Office Secret Witness is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information about the suspects.
