The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• Anthony G. Trajo, 23, of Gardnerville, was arrested at 3:44 a.m. in the 1400 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of felony parole violation. No bail was set.


• Jose Juarez Navarro, 33, a tile setter from Carson City, was arrested at 7:57 p.m. Wednesday on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $2,500.


• A 46-year-old salesman from Dayton was arrested at 1:43 p.m. Wednesday on Long Street on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,364.


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:


• Hit-and-run accident report at Airport Road and Highway 50 East at 12:31 a.m.


• Drug-dog search at Carson High School at 8:31 a.m.


• Three people were cited at noon at Carson Meadows Drive and East Musser Street for conducting business without a business license.


• Report of a laptop stolen from a Kennedy Drive home sometime before 2:39 p.m.


• Two guitars were reported stolen from Cornerstone Music at 2:43 p.m.


• Report of a cell phone stolen by a known person from Tahoe Drive sometime before 3:43 p.m.


• Accident involving a Nevada Highway Patrol vehicle at Fairview Drive and Highway 50 East at 8:56 p.m.


Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:


• Battery report on Canal Drive at 8:34 a.m. in Fernley.


• Two students were detained in the office for fighting at Fernley High School at 2:12 p.m.


• A Fernley father reported his son's bicycle was stolen Tuesday night from Primrose Drive.


• A woman reported "she was hit by a rope by an unknown female," at 5:09 p.m. in Stagecoach.
