Sheriff's Log

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Angel Martinez-Rojas, 27, of Carson City, was arrested at 4:29 p.m. Monday in the 3000 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of felony parole and probation violation, misdemeanor drunken driving, failure to yield and speeding. No bail was set.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Report of a juvenile party at 12:04 a.m. on North Iris Street. Misdemeanor arrest was made.

• A Northern Nevada Correctional Center inmate died at 5:37 a.m.

• A woman reported she went to pick up her dog from a man who was watching it for her and the man poured soap in her eyes at 9:09 a.m. A misdemeanor arrest was made.

• Report of an employee threatening a fellow employee at the Casino Fandango at 10:53 a.m.

• Report of a court order violation in the 3100 block of Minonee Lane at 7:21 p.m.

• A Northern Nevada Correctional Center inmate died at 7:26 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Arrest on Silver Lace Boulevard in Fernley at 1:08 a.m.

• Graffiti report on Silver Lace Boulevard in Fernley at 9:17 a.m.

• A white Mustang was stolen from a yard on Spence Lane in Mason Valley at 10:16 a.m.

• Arrest on Lakeview Drive at 12:34 p.m. in Dayton Valley.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Iroquois Trail in Stagecoach at 9:25 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Traffic tickets issued on USA Parkway, State Route 341, State Route 342 and Canyon Way
