The Nevada Grows reception at the Governor's Mansion Friday was put on by the University of Nevada, Reno Department of Agriculture, Biotechnology and Natural Resources. An article in Tuesday's Appeal was incorrect.

The oldest house in Carson City is the Stewart-Nye House constructed in late 1860. The idea that the Foreman-Roberts House is the oldest house in the city was based on the incorrect finding that the residence was constructed in 1859. It was actually built in 1863 or 1864. An article on page A5 of Friday's edition contained incorrect information.
