Evelyn C. Becerra, 88, a three-year Carson City resident, died Sept. 12, 2007, in Carson City.
Mrs. Becerra was born Sept. 5, 1919, in Rome, Italy, to Giovanni and Rosa Caldironi. She married Jesus Becerra in 1945 in Italy.
Prior to living in Carson City she resided in Marvista, Calif.
Mrs. Becerra enjoyed listening to opera.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
Among her survivors are her daughter Marie Frankel of Santa Monica, Calif.; and sons Leo Becerra of Carson City and Danilo Becerra of Whittier, Calif.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Cremation is under the direction of Walton's Sierra Crematory in Carson City.
No services will be held.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
