Daisy Pearl LaBranch, a 22-year resident of Carson City, died Sept. 27, 2007. She was 95.

She was born July 18, 1912, to Archibald and Julia McNeece in Missouri.

She grew up and attended school in New Castle, Colo.

LaBranch worked as a home care nurse and as a housekeeper in hospitals. She married Joseph E. LaBranch on July 3, 1936, in Klamath Falls, Ore.

Prior to moving to Carson City, Mrs. LaBranch lived in Lancaster, Calif.

Mrs. LaBranch was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses and loved to talk to people about the bible.

Her hobbies included cooking, sewing and gardening.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1964, parents, four brothers and two sisters.

Mrs. LaBranch is survived by her daughter, Daisy Earlene German of Carson City; sons, Joseph H. LaBranch of Carson City, Jerry L. LaBranch of Reno and Johnnie R. LaBranch of Las Vegas; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at a later date at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
