Update 10:50 a.m. " Preliminary tests came back negative testing whether the substance found in a South Division Street Office is anthrax.
About five employees of an office on South Division Street are being held in quarantine after white powder was discovered in some envelopes around 9 this morning.
An employee of Bullis & Co. CPA, 206 S. Division St., opened the envelopes. The building also houses some law firms.
No one is being allowed into the building.
The National Guard, Nevada Division of Investigation and the Carson City sheriff's and fire departments are on the scene.
