The Nevada Department of Transportation reports at 5:58 a.m. all routes are open with no controls with the following exceptions:
Highway 395 " high wind advisory in Washoe Valley: Campers and trailers not advised for 6 miles between East Lake Boulevard and Winters Ranch.
Road work continues in Carson City with areas of delays. There is continued work on Fairview Drive from South Edmonds to South Carson Street with lane closures and possible delays, as with East Fifth Street from Saliman Road to Fairview Drive.
Utility work is being done on Little Lane between Saliman Road and Roop Street. Alternate routes of travel are Fairview Drive to the south and East Fifth Street to the north.
Work on Highway 50 in east Carson City and Mound House has posted lower speed limits with narrow lanes just east of Flint Drive.
Today's weather for the Carson City area will be partly cloudy with highs 39-49 with southwest winds 10-15 mph, with areas of patchy fog.
Tonight, partly cloudy with lows 17-27 with southwest winds 10-15 mph.
Tuesday, partly cloudy with highs 37-47 with light winds becoming southwest up to 10 mph in the afternoon.
